Once an initial fun challenge has found the winning Head Chefs, they get to choose their Sous Chefs and do a round-robin selection on additional kitchen staff. All aprons on!!!

Teams will have to create Culinary sensations that will set themselves apart from the rest. Mystery Baskets will be issued and teams will have a few minutes to come up with a 3-course menu that could take the main award.

We set up a ‘shared’ kitchen where everyone can go and select complimentary ingredients to give their dishes the twist needed to win this challenge. Strict Time Keeping is essential. A build-up of the final countdown is immense as teams work on preparing their final presentation of the dish they have chosen to make. The presentation is made to our facilitators and any chosen judges for judging.

Only 1 starter, 1 main and 1 dessert will be made per team.
(Please note that delegates won’t be receiving a meal individually.) Once the judging has been done, all teams can divide existing plates into tasters of each individual course to be tested by other teams.
