LOOKING AFTER AGENTS INTERESTS
We define Teambuilding
as a cooperative unit made out of a construction of a particular structure
with a solid foundation.
How we got to that conclusion?
A team is a cooperative unit and a Building is a construction of a particular
structure with a solid foundation, therefore:
Our intention as a company is to act with the highest level of integrity.
We believe in open communication and looking after your interests as an
agent. The rates we quote are "Rack Rates."
In both scenarios below, we would refer "your client" back to
you. There is a chance however, that they may have dealt with a different
consultant and even possibly booked directly with us. In that case as
soon as we became aware of the situation we would notify you or, if you
became aware of the situation before us and brought it to our attention
we will still happily pay you your commission.
Scenario 1: Your client comes directly to us after you have contacted
us for a quote and you told us who your client is and you have not marked
up the rates for our activities. (You are welcome to charge an event management
fee but please do not hide it in our activity rates.)
Scenario 2: Your client comes directly to us for a quote after we had
run an event for them, which was previously booked by your company/agency.
BOOKING PROCEDURES
